So, back in the day (which definitely could have been a Wednesday), I saw an spoof of "Juno" on "Attack of the Show" and it made me giggle.



"Oh dear God..."

I need to take a break from doing the Cobra remix (I think I'll actually be done tonight!) So I'm just going to take about random stuff that is making me happy. (Warning: this is the clue to skip probably cause this post will just be totally pointless, so yeah.)

- I was watching "Attack of the Show" and the host quoted a review that described Juno as "Livejournal in movie form." It was quite amusing.

- Listen to Mr. Jepsen (Jenni and Katherine can agree with me that this has to be Jepsen's new favorite thing, jeez...) and go to www.ted.com It has awesome little videos talking about pretty much everything. It totally rocks.

I am learning that "Invisible Monsters" is child's play compared to his other stuff (still kicks ass, but, seriously? "Choke" just got way more crazy than I thought it would). At least you don't need a flow chart to keep track of "Choke".

- There's a toy model for the monster in "Cloverfield" and it looks totally awesome (except for the part where it costs $100, but whatever).

Okay, I feel much better now. *runs back to Audacity*

So, there is a scholarship where you tell a funny story from high school and use lots and lots of SAT words in said story. So, I don't know what the story should be on, so someone jog my memory of funny times on which I can write a 1,500 word essay for $500.

p.s. There is a possibility I will write the story on the Deep Throat story cause it is a) funny and b) would work with SAT words. So I might end up like that girl in the cell phone commercial that does the exact opposite of what her boyfriends suggests. My apologies if this happens.

Pretty much the best concert I've ever gone to in my entire life.

Venue - Beautiful. Imagine a large-ish dance floor with elevated booths and seats on the side and a bar in back. The ceiling had white Christmas lights all along the top with disco balls hanging down. Pretty much, Varsity Theater kicks ass.

Show - Amazing. The Cab, We The Kings, and Metro Station were all awesome. Cobra was insane. I'm so sore, but it was totally worth it. They did a great job (even with technical difficulties) and were plain amazing. Barricade is the way to go kids. Water is also a life saver. Jumping and feeling warm air getting fanned on you is not a good combo. Girls need to learn to wear ponytails though.

Other - met Alex (the singer) and Ian from The Cab. Also got to meet Ryland. He is just a tid-bit taller than Jenni. 'Twas amusing to watch someone who was actually his height stand by him.

Sadly, I can't find the cable to load pictures, so...yeah. Seeing Gabe do the Soulja Boy dance will have to wait, I guess.

Alright, I am off to sleep. Somewhere between the Cities and Albany a horrible cold set in. Gross.

- It's good to see a friend after 2 months of being apart- It is fun to stay in nice hotels
- Saturday is the day construction is done on the trains
- If one has to deal with the construction mentioned above, it can take the same time to fly from Toronto to Lakeview as from going to O'Hare to Lakeview. This is sad.
- Cool people are in lines. Always. *nods*
- Fun stories about Fall Out Boy are good.
- The Clan store is cool. From the outside.
- Box offices should be inside the arena, not across the street.
- Meet and greet is fun.
- Charlie is good at describing fights between Pete Wentz and the dude from June he beat up.
- "settled out of court"
-  Patrick is a sweetheart. And not chubby at all. And adorable.
-  Pete is not attentive.
- Not being able to find cameras right away is good at meet and greets.
- Chicago concerts kick ass.
- Acoustic is amazing.

Watching "The Colbert Report". In "The Word", he's wearing a wig so he looks like a hippie in the alternate universe where he is insanely liberal.

I was winning all flippin' game and Jess got the friggin' roll in one in a million and won the whole fucking game. Which we started at like midnight by the by. It was lame. I threw shuttlecocks at her in my post-loss-ness.

And now I'm good. 

I would retaliate with quotes she made during the game but they are a) slipping my mind and b) not good for others to hear. We did quote Dane Cook the whole way through ("You cheating whore!!!")

I have fast internet now! It's glorious. And emotionally magnificent. I can watch Youtube and stuff now. *jumps up and down*

Okay, i go to do chores.

I finished the last book. I won't talk about it or anything, but I'm just really sad knowing it's all over on the book end of things. 

Overall though, I'm really happy with the book. Remember how I thought that the end was ruined for me cause I accidentally saw spoilers?!? They were wrong! So I had no idea what the ending was going to be after all!

*sigh* Now I officially have nothing to really look forward too (except Girl's Night Out on Monday). This is lame.
